Starcast Group LLC provides bank account search, brokerage account search, and place-of-employment search services for qualified clients, including law firms, collection attorneys, collection agencies, financial institutions, corporations, and other approved requestors with a lawful and permissible purpose.
By submitting a search request, Client certifies that Client has a valid, lawful, and permissible purpose for requesting the search and that the information provided to Starcast Group LLC is true, accurate, and complete to the best of Client’s knowledge. Client further agrees to provide any supporting documentation requested by Starcast Group LLC to verify permissible purpose, including but not limited to judgment documents, court orders, attorney credentials, agency authorization, business credentials, or other documentation deemed necessary by Starcast Group LLC.
Client understands and agrees that submission of a search request authorizes Starcast Group LLC to begin processing the requested search services. Upon completion of the search and confirmation that results are available, Starcast Group LLC will notify Client that the results are ready and will issue an invoice for the completed search services.
Payment is due upon notification that the search results are complete and ready for delivery. Results will not be released, transmitted, disclosed, emailed, uploaded, or otherwise provided to Client until the applicable invoice has been paid in full.
By submitting a search request, Client agrees to pay for all completed searches that produce billable results according to Starcast Group LLC’s published pricing or agreed pricing. If no billable result is located under Starcast Group LLC’s no-hit/no-fee policy, no fee will be due for that specific no-hit search.
No refunds will be issued based on dissatisfaction with search results once results have been released. Credits, if applicable, may be issued only in accordance with Starcast Group LLC’s written policies.
Client agrees that search results shall be used only for the lawful purpose certified by Client and shall not be used for harassment, stalking, identity theft, unlawful surveillance, unauthorized debt collection, consumer eligibility decisions, or any purpose prohibited by federal or state law.
Starcast Group LLC reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any search request if permissible purpose cannot be verified, if required documentation is not provided, if payment is not made, or if Starcast Group LLC determines that the request may violate applicable law, company policy, or third-party data-use restrictions.
